Dr. H. Lee Adkins, I'm so glad I found him he's like the family doctor that came to your home and treated you so caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I have been going Dr Adkins for annual reviews and other wellness checks and find him personable and easy to talk to. He has made some good diagnoses and referrals for me and listens to me. My only reason for not giving a 5 is that he has had a problem in past in getting adequate front desk staff. I believe this has now improved.
18 one star ratings should tell you enough. Run away from this place. I have never been subjected to such horrible service in my life. Staff has NO CLUE what they are doing and want to blame United Healthcare for everything. Not sure where the staff is educated but it is apparent they rcv not training at all.. BTW..when they charge you for a service they should not charge you for, you will have to spend months chasing them to get your money back.. Better healthcare in a 3rd world Country..
RUN as fast as you can from this office. Staff is completely incompetent.. Hard to believe that a Doctor would allow a person to be treated they way they do,, SHAME!!!!!
