Ordered July 10 with an estimated delivery of August 10 - actual delivery October 18. Near zero communication during this time. Multiple emails, text messages, phone calls and website inquiries related to delivery and installation shop drawings and instructions went unanswered. Information that was provided was found to be incorrect after delivery. We were assured that the override motors for the shutters were 110v and prewired with a 3 prong plug with RF remote to operate. If I could give it 0 starts, I would. Placed an order almost 2 months ago and no word from them but they sure charged my card already. Every time I call they say that the order is being processed. No word yet on how I can get a refund.
