I haven't bought a hot tub or anything but I have known the owner for years and can honestly say if I ever did want to buy one Hurricane is definitely the guy I'd think of first! Before he started his business I worked with him for a while in a company. We became friends fairly quickly. We go back years before that but didn't know him personally. Had my son in laws hot tub repaired after an "Insufficient Flow" alarm displayed. Hurricane gave us a time and date he would be here. Took him minutes to determine the origenal pump failed and needed to be replaced, He drained the tub, moved the tub, replaced the pump and reset the tub in place in under 2 hours. On time, reasonable priced and a great personality as well.
Hurricane did a great job getting my hot tub back up and running. I was in a pinch and needed it done asap and he was kind enough to work me into his schedule and came out the very next day and got it fixed. A friend of mine recommended Hurricane because he did such a good job for them, and he was right. He is my new hot tub repair man from now on. Thanks again Hurricane!

Hurricane was recommended to me by a dealer and I’m sure glad we crossed paths. He took the time and attempted to get our hot tub working over the phone with us for free but we were not so lucky. He charged us a fare price to drive all the way to Beech Mountain in the evening and had us back up and running in no time! Thanks again for your professionalism and excellent work.
