Good shutters, but extremely poor installation. Installer was in a hurry and used a variety of hardware to complete the task. Shutters could be put up and taken down only once before hardware problems became intense. Have taken 2 years and various handymen to fix our problems at great expense. (Cost of shutters and initial installation aprox $15,000, cost of subsequent handymen repairs aprox $2000 over 2 years)
