Called the day prior to appointment to confirm the time as we had to rearrange our work sche come to accommodate. On the day of appointm when we called to see if they are coming, the office worker claimed that she called us the previous day to reschedule. That’s correct, she claims she called us to reschedule at the same time that we called them to confirm. Interesting no?
