I give ONE start! Because I don’t have the option to give less. But if you want to save time, and headaches, please stay away from this people. They are a whole bunch of liars they only see a dollar sign on their customers and the least they pretend is help. They kept on giving me excuses of why the job wasn’t done, until I decided to call the City myself and found out they never even submitted the application for the permit and more excuses and more lies were given.
