horrible company! Horrible customer service!!! I approved a bid to replace three window panes and two balancers at my home. They did replace the window panes, but they did not replace the balancer’s and I’ve been waiting for six months for those to be replaced. They won’t return my calls. They are rude. They have horrible customer service. Amy even cursed at me on the phone. Don’t use this company. They are absolutely horrible.!!!!
My problem is a window was defective less than one year after installation. Now, 8-months (that’s 8-months) passed since I first called about the defective window that was under a 3-year warranty. I called 5 times and sent a certified letter, but this place does not know what 2-way communication mean. Not holding my breath for them to honor their warranty.
Not sure what happened to timely service and friendly mgmt but they dont have it anymore
Rude office staff . Accosted me because of my review. I threaten legal action and she accused me of threatening her. Very unprofessional staff and installers. Measured wrong , broke window , and now the back porch light want turn on. No one should be treated this way.
I ordered a shower door enclosure to be installed. The door came on time to be installed as the technician were installing the door the notice the hinges were wrong. They told me they will order new hinges and will comeback Monday to install the door. Monday passes then Tuesday passes so I called the company the representative tells me that I am scheduled in for Wednesday evening between 3 and 5,I waited all evening the technician never show!! Worst customer service and will never do business with them again. In April 2016, I placed an order for commercial storefront glass and a few interior and exterior doors. Paid them half up front to start the job and the other half was suppose to be paid when the job was complete. It is now the end of September 2016 and they still have not completed the job. I am writing in response to the complaint filed. We did take an order to complete a project for new storefront sections at a location. The project was delayed for several reasons that were not all the fault of our company. We have and do sincerely apologize for the delays that were a direct result of our actions. The project has since been complete. The balance of the order was charged when the job was complete aside from minor punch list items such as (1) pc of glass, closers and sweeps.
