THEIR LICENSE WAS SUSPENED FEBRUARY 29, 2024!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE!!! License #18-BS00690 at least I know what the BS stands for. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Jay Torres is does not finish his projects and now I know why. He did a small project for us and was fine and then hit us up on a big project. I should have read the dozens of reviews and looked up his license.
BIG SCAM GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THEM! Below I have attached public information in case anyone needs it. I was told Jay Torres is using his mother’s address (2800 Somerset Dr…see below) as they are no longer at this location. The reviews are definitely true as my father had the same issue with them. One of the tech that came out, Christian, nice gentleman but is clueless when it comes to the garage door motor. I recommend using The Doorman!
If I can give a negative star I would!! We ordered an insulated R-18 garage door in August and paid the 50% deposit right away, a little under $3K. They let us know that it would take 14 weeks for the door the arrive and installed. 16 weeks in, we noticed no call from them yet to set up the install, so I called to find out. They never ordered the garage door, and now the garage door I wanted is not available anymore.
