We had a fence, electric gate and steps installed by Hurricane Fencing. We dealt with Martina who provided us the estimate and was the contact person throughout the project. Once we worked out the details of the project, they were able to start the job quickly for us. They completed the project in a few different stages and the entire job was completed in about 2 weeks time. There were a few communication gaps along the way but were resolved pretty quickly. Ida destroyed half of our fence and left the other half dangling. I called Hurricane Fence on a Wednesday, the owner (Martina) came out herself to measure and take pictures, and we got a professional estimate on Thursday. The estimate on the online platform included the ability to choose add-ons and upgrades. We settled on our selections and signed the estimate on Friday. I’ve been waiting for a quote for over a month . After constantly calling for my quote, the owner still has not responded . What a waste of time. I’m so disappointed in this company . RUN AWAY!!!!!
