This place has gone way downhill. They used to have cleaning products at every vacuum and now they only have a couple of bottles of glass cleaner that you have to share. My car still had some stains on it when I was finished with the wash and the woman working there was rude. I'll be finding another car wash. They reached out claiming they wanted to make it up to me. I emailed them. It's 3 days later and I have not heard back.
Hurricane Express Wash left a residue all over my car, which I had to come home and remove, and the windshields were still covered in dirt/spots. I get a better wash from the basic car wash at Ingles. For $18, it wasn't the experience for which I was hoping and won't return or recommend based on this visit.
The attendants always start the wash before they have a chance to scrub both side of the car with brush equally one side usually don’t get scrubbed
