The reason I am giving a 1 star rating is not because of the car washes I got but the customer service experience I received from the general manager at the GASTON, SC location. I am an UBER driver and I purchased a monthly pass to keep my car in tip top shape for my valued customers and very proud to be a HURRICANE monthly subscription customer.
