Went through car wash on 09-18-25 around 4pm. I noticed big scratches on my hood while I stopped to vacuum the car. I told the people working there and was told that the scratches were there before. They showed me a blurry picture of my car going into car wash and tried to convince me that those scratches were there before. They were not. It looked like a big, round metal brush scraped a bunch of paint off my car. There is no way anyone could miss that kind of damage to the top front of their car. Disappointing. Edit : No longer family owned. It is corporate now and is trash. Company that didn’t know anything about car washes tried to get into the business because of the money washes were making. Makes me sad how they ruined this local business Go to Scenic city suds. It is actually locally owned and operated. Mod wash says they are local but that’s only because their money is. (Karen Hutton owns mod wash) They run just like every other corporate Carwash.
The wash is amazing, the prices are good, my vehicle comes out squeaky clean every time!!! I will recommend this wash to all my friends
Good service. I had just gone another car wash and paid $24.00. They didn't clean the top of my convertible, the hood or the trunk lid. I spoke to them about it and they said no money back and refuse to clean your complete car. I left Scenic Suds car wash and drove to Hurricane. They cleaned my entire car for $20.00. They just earned a new customer. Scenic Suds does a lot of advertisements but can't back it up. A really good car wash in Ooltewah.
