Staff is always friendly. They do a great job of cleaning the bugs off of the front of the SUV before going through the wash. Good job guys. Thank you.
I’m writing this to let go of disappointment, not to spread anger. Tornado Wash in Ooltewah has been around for years, yet still runs like a test site for confusion. The staff gave unclear instructions — told me to put the car in neutral, but never said when to stop. The result: my car rolled through an extra cycle on its own. Inside wasn’t better. Their carpet dryer tore fibers out of my mats, and the vacuum broke mid-cleaning — the pipe just detached. The equipment looks worn out, and the employees act like that’s normal. ... read more
Great experience
I was told I couldn't take my truck no more because it's a dually I've been paying for my bill right out of my checking account and y'all going to get refunded for $80 or what if I don't see worth any fair for that to be to be done like that how in the world can I another vehicle tear up your wash I think it was awful y'all had out other opportunities even hand washed offer I don't understand why you're in business to Washington vehicles right what's wrong
We purchased the hurricane 5+ which was 26 dollars and I don’t see a difference between the 12 dollar price and the 26 dollar one I asked the guy in front of us which on he bought he bought a 12 dollar one but got the same car wash as us
