My service was great at Hurrican Express at 2900 Wade Hampton. The new site manager Quentin Johnson helped me clean my car and wipe down all my tires. His energy was amazing and he was very caring and helpful with me. I appreciate him for helping me and being so kind and taking his time to come by and helping other customers with their car. His smiled made my day and I will for sure be going back to his site. The customer service at Hurricane Express was Excellent!
I recently went to hurricane car wash on Wade Hampton. I had parked my car under a crêpe myrtle while we were on vacation. When we returned, my car was a mess. The young man working was very nice and took great care of my car. We are definitely a fan! It is nice to have such good customer service!
App useless
Attendant did a terrible job with the prep prior to going into the wash. One swipe on the front of the car and didn’t even get the whole back glass. I went to this car wash because it got good reviews but I was mistaken. The wash did a terrible job of getting the bugs off the car and there was no tire shine applied even though I bought the wash that included that.
