June 24th, 2025 2:00 p.m. been going to this car wash for about 15 years and the young man very thin when I ask him about isn't going to wash the front talking through the window. He just shook his head and turned away. Didn't wash the front of my car. It's the first time I've ever had that happen. I had some bugs on it and wanted it cleaned. Great car wash. I would say the best customer service out of the ones in the Huntsville/Madison area.
I have a membership here. My rear windshield wiper broke off during the wash. The company should give a credit voucher of some sort for a replacement blade. And yes all wipers were off.
