After going through the wash, every warning light on my dashboard came on, so I pulled over to the cleaning area to check under the hood in case something had been dislodged. While I was there, I briefly used a towel to wipe the front emblem. An employee approached me and spoke to me in a surprisingly rude and confrontational manner, telling me the towels were for interior use only and that I needed to close my hood immediately.
