I've always had a great experience here, but my last visit really stood out. After I finished going through the wash and was using the vacuums, Ryan came over to let me know he noticed there were still some spots on the roof of my car. He had me pull through again so he could take care of it. I really appreciated him going out of his way to make sure my car was as clean as possible. Jacob works hard to make sure his customers have an excellent experience every time! This place really has it together! Best carwash I've been to.
Normally, it's a great wash. This is the one on Pleasantburg in Greenville, South Carolina. I am a subscription holder from the first week they opened. I get the five category. A new kid is working maroon shirt. Does not scrub the front or scrub the back of the car which they're supposed to do. I usually get a wash twice a week.
I’ve had a membership here for a good few months but my experience today has made me sure I will be keeping it for a very long time. I was driving out of the wash like usual and was stopped by one employee, Jacob. He said that the car didn’t look clean and they wanted to give me another wash for free. On top of that, he took it upon himself to go around the whole car before starting the wash and cleaning spots that were still dirty.
