Easy to use, quick and does a great job. Get the membership it's worth it.
I did not need a car wash. I pull in to vacuum my car out . I am a member, I paid monthly. The person in charge came and told me vacuum is not free . I know that, I paid a monthly fee! The person in charge need more training on how to talk to people. There is a wrong way, and better way to talk to people!
Took the car to get a standard wash last month. Overall a good experience with the car wash as a whole, but the wash itself left scratches on the front of my car. Will not be going back as to not have any more paint damage.
I had an issue after a car wash, and the team at Hurricane Express — especially regional manager Erica — took great care of it. I’m grateful for their help and highly recommend them.
