Travel I-95 all the time to my home in VA. Stop here and the tunnel smells, equipment on passenger side doesn’t work. Blowers do not dry car. Typical of Hurricane, deferred maintenance, they will report honest reviews and force employees to review to cover honest reviews, trust me. Stopped again place is run down, begging for reviews. Soap still on my truck, almost vomit with the smell.
I hate being asked stupid questions. Something is almost always broken at this location. After my wash I pulled into vacuum me vehicle. Unbeknownst to me only maybe 5 vacuums are working. So I asked the worker (young lady with dreads and glasses) hey how do so start the vacuum. She responded did you go into the wash? Uhhhhh why don’t you take a look a the vehicle I’m driving dripping water? It’s almost 100 degrees outside I’m not out for a free vacuum I promise. The service and equipment is getting worse day by day.
I'm married And my husband normally keeps our vehicle spotless, but he was working and I desperately needed the van cleaned And so I stopped by the hurricane express wash on the way home and all of the employees were so helpful and one of the young guys went out of his way to help me carry the mats over to be washed. His name was destiny. I'll definitely be back.
Spoke to the young gentleman named Destiny. He did a good job of getting my car the way I wanted after going through the wash, as it did not clean the rear of my car .
Destiny is hard work an always a pleasure to talk with I am pleased with my experience everytime I visit
