First let me say that I love this pet wash. I have dogs that don’t take too kingly to other dogs so the privacy of each room and ability to lock the doors is amazing. This time around I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the facilities. Both were very dirty. And not just pet hair from people not cleaning up but dirt all over the floors and then of course because it’s a pet wash the water mixed with the dirt and made for a very messy experience. Staff is always friendly
I’m a member but not for much longer. Hoping something opens up closer. Lots of drying and cleaning left after you run through the wash. Still easier and better than the driveway.
