Pitiful. Supposed to change antifreeze. Now car screams when I start it and antifreeze not full. Told receptionist, she got Mgr. Showed him. He proceeded to boss me around telling me not to yell at receptionist, which I did not do. She lied. Then proceeded to tell me not to talk to "his" customers, that "it made him look bad". Great staff. Everyone was nice and they got me in at a reasonable time. Also price was good. Would go back.
After spending 2 days calling around for a Alignment, Either prices were outrageous or they couldn't get me in said it would be first come first serve. Finally I called Hurricane Creek Automotive and they got me in and had me out. Everyone there was very sweet and price was worth the experience. The inside of business is very clean and very relaxing. They offer free WIFI while you wait.I HIGHLY recommend them. I will be going there if I need anything else done to my car.
