Right up until my final bill was I happy. Customer service on final bill was terrible. Read the meter after my move out date from the home even though requested over a week in advance on the switch over day. Refuses to charge the new home owners for the days they were in the house. Say they cannot work out usage for those days. over $750 bill. Not even worth the lawyer fee's Just enough to annoy you. If you couldn't do the switch over on those days then why would you say you could then not do it? Lazy
