Scheduling is a breeze! Communication is top notch! Anthony called in my 12-4 window, showed up exactly when he said. He was kind and professional! I have been using them for a few years because everything is so easy peasy and my carpet always looks brand new when they leave. I have pets so a nice refresh is always nice and Hurricane Carpet Cleaning, formerly Premier is my go to!
