I went through the car wash and purchased their best wash. This wash entailed many things such as tire shine, rain x, etc. After I ran my car through the wash I noticed tire shine had not been been applied to my tires. One of the attendants manually applied it to my tires when I told him about the problem. I then noticed my entire front bumper was still dirty.
