The receptionist May is Incredibly unprofessional and rude I called in because there was a mistake in the referral I was sent and was told by May told me that she didn't have all day for this. This attitude was completely unnecessary as the mistake was on their part and should have been resolved with minimal issue. The manager later called me and said that if im uncomfortable they advise me to find a new dentist. It's disappointing because Dr.Mahmood is an excellent dentist but some of his staff are just awful.
Have been going to this dental office for more than 5 years and recently had issues with the receptionist May. She was very rude and dismissive. I dont know if she was having some personal issues, but there is no excuse for her act like that towards a client. The other staff and denist are excellent and I would reccomend going when May is not there.
The dentist missed the fact that I needed a dental implant. She did not take an x ray and told me the cavity just needed filling. I learned of this only when I left and found another dentist. They ignored my email complaints.
