Every issue I have with this place starts and ends at the front desk. NP's are great.
My 4 year old came home after getting her check up and vaccines and said “I love the doctor!” Never thought I would hear that in a million years. She had such a positive experience. Thank you!
Awesome staff, awesome service
Unfortunately I am so disappointed with this clinic I am actually delisting and opting to go without care to go back to waiting for a family doctor elsewhere. Our NP was lovely, however the reception and clinic booking is just awful. It’s been a nightmare to try to book any kind of appointment. Firstly, my toddler or myself are lucky to get in within a month of calling. Secondly, that appointment is almost always cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute.
