I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic and will not be returning. I arrived only 10 minutes late for my newborn’s wellness check, but the situation was handled very poorly by the front desk staff. Said they will not take patients 10 mins past their appointment time but when I walked in, the receptionist did not acknowledge me at all and was busy chatting with another client.
