I've been going here for years. No complaints, friendly staff.
They opened my pool and gave me a quick tutorial about my equipment. The techs were great!
I had a deeply disappointing experience with this pool business. Their website clearly advertises a free water test, which was the main reason I chose to visit them. However, once I arrived, the staff flatly refused to honour the offer. They continued to push a new $33.10 membership instead. In order to book a service call you need to create an online account which was not working so their administration team created one for me over the phone. They required a credit card for preauthorization. I requested a latest in the day appointment to ensure someone was home. The technician came early afternoon while no one was home, entered our property and started the service. We only knew this as a note was left stating he removed the pump from our hot tub and that we would receive a call with the assessment and pricing. ... read more
