Brutal service…. Phones never answered, they never get back, etc, etc ….
Even if you walk in and present your requisition, you will not hear back. Don't call in to check, nobody answers. Crappy service in a small town where they know they can get away with it.
Services and employees were pleasant. BUT i am repulsed by the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken and not actually holding the paper that had been previously wet and was dirty. Paper towel dispenser was the same. There was no soap in the dispenser. And you got a shower when the tap did decide it wanted to work. For a medical building i expected much more when i brought my grandmother in there.
Unbelievable at the amount of time it takes to have your imaging read. Its been going on 3 weeks and all they say is our new radiologist is slow unacceptable: dont waste time going here if you need fast results
