Extremely disappointing experience with this company in the past. The company came across as arrogant and dismissive, as if they had no competition in the Collingwood area.There are many other reputable companies nearby (in cluding Barrie) that provide far better service, value their customers, and actually stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. If possible will give "0" Star
You will only find out how the service is when you need them just like an insurance company. After years we got a call of a breaking in progress. However they never gave us a password when we signed up therefore they could not talk to us. Just give me your message money and I’ll put it to better user .
Simply put you will spend hours on hold when you try to contact this so called emergency service!

Clowns. Can't even knock on a door. Don't worry I heard you say "oh looks like no one's home". Then when I email the company complaining cause this has happened multiple times. Instead of responding to the email they threaten to cut our services. Completely unprofessional company Rob Thornburn will be notified of this unprofessional behavior. The 3.5 star reviews rating is really showing.
