Doug is always very helpful. Came to my business and assisted me with some preventative maintenance on two boiler systems. Hot water and floor heating systems. Best and most knowledgeable people in the industry. Thanks Doug.
If I could give 0 or negative I would. I called for service over two months ago and it kept getting postponed. Finally I started calling and the guy in charge, Doug. I left multiple messages, had receptionist leave notes and I could not get a call back. I eventually got through to Doug and he assured me he’d call me back before the end of the day to let me know what’s going on. Guess what, no call back. Very disappointing experience. They designed the infloor heating and supplied the infloor supplies. When it came time for the boiler, they verbally quoted my GC a ridiculous $23K without even discussing options etc. nor provide anything in writing. Unprofessional doesn't even come close to describing it. They approached it as if that was normal and my checkbook had no limits.
