I am writing to express how deeply unprofessional and unacceptable the conduct of the Huron Valley EMS team was during their recent visit to evaluate our client. The attitude, the comments made, and the overall disregard for both the client and the staff were shocking and completely out of line for an emergency medical service we are expected to trust. Unprofessional and most people who I've encountered here are a complete joke.
A friend and I got in a car accident Sunday Night on a bridge was very icy. Elise was her name she was super helpful and super kind and I forgot her partners name but he was super kind and helpful to me as well. I do have some injuries that popped up but they have and will be there for anyone who needs it. It makes me emotional to think how kind they were to me. Thank You. Praying for your safety as well.
