Had a breakdown during harvest yesterday, and the team went above and beyond to help get us running again. Mark, the service manager was very kind, professional, and reassuring over the phone during a stressful situation. Kevin, the mechanic, arrived promptly and had us back up and operating in no time. His professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated. This kind of professionalism and service would lead me to believe Mr. S in the last review maybe was a liar. Excellent service all around — highly recommended.
Never support this terrible company... brought my extremely poorly made stihl chainsaw in as the fly wheel destroyed it self in roughly 20 hrs or use... the what I assume is a salesman or failed manager... tells me I'm a liar and there's no way there's only that many hours on it... I've put roughly 15litres of gas through it which is 30 tanks which will run for approximately 40-45mins on average...when I ask him to not call me a liar he decides to get offended I'm upset about being called a liar... the one sales guy tells me... read more
