Though I have never actually physically been to this place of business I think I'm still qualified to highly recommend it. I purchased a new snow blower at the end if the season last year (feb 2025) and had a couple minor issues this fall. The team at Huron Tractor were quick to respond to my issues and had me fixed up quickly and easily. From sales to service and support, these folks are champs. Thank you Mark and your team! 5 stars for them!
I purchased a new snowblower at the end of the season last year and had some issues with it, "out of the box". $4,200+ I took the machine to them and had them fix the issues under warranty. There was a broken cable and a nasty squeaking when moving forward at any speed greater that 3, it appeared to be fine when i took it home, but once I started to use it under load, the nasty squeak returned. Looks like I'll have to look at fixing it myself.
I can’t say enough good things about the service from Huron Tractor Stayner. When our combine broke down - more than once - Mark and Kristy were incredible. They know how critical uptime is during harvest and never hesitate to travel the distance to reach us in the field. Kevin, our technician, is always prompt, thorough, and willing to stay as long as it takes. Their commitment to farmers is truly appreciated. Thank you for everything.
