I waited 5 weeks for no one to get back to us about being able to replace the carb on a snowblower. This individual was also communicating through text and just disappeared. After contacting the facility and speaking to a manager, expressing the unnecessary delay and poor service. I was informed they would get back to me that day as there were two carbs for that model and serial number and were going to see if the manufacturer could assist in knowing which one. Very helpful staff
Had a manufacturing issue with my snow blower attatchement- not an easy one to figure out. Even though the warranty time was over- Huron tractor owned up to the defect, fixed my machine- got it back to me asap. Give me Hope in honest people. Thank you. And as always one happy costomer brings in another. 👍
