Don't deal with JD Financial. Horrible to deal with and they make promises but don't keep them. Trying to pay off my tractor and feels like they are going out of there way to make it difficult. I will never buy from John Deere again. Stay away from green equipment. Maybe if they would focus more on customer service they would have more customers but that is definitely not there goal. Lesson learned and won't make this mistake again. Stay away from John Deere!!!
Had some issues but where resolved
Bought tractor, backhoe, new forks etc. Kyle the sales guy is great until he gets the cheque. Then everything goes down hill. Gave him 5 weeks to deliver the tractor but he didn't. The backhoe was also a week late to be delivered until I said delivered by tomorrow or refund me. The brand new forks were after market not deere and don't even slide. I will have to repair them myself as kyle doesn't respond. Not impressed and would not recommend
Staff is very helpful.
