Parts department so so in knowledge
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Huron Tractor. I brought my tractor in for repairs and specifically requested a quote before work began. Unfortunately, they more than doubled the number of shop hours originally discussed without informing me or getting my approval. I only found out about the significant increase in labor costs when i received the final bill. To make matters worse, I was also charged for the time their technicians spent diagnosing and replacing faulty parts from their suppliers. I don't thi... read more
Great people and good attitude
Don't deal with JD Financial. Horrible to deal with and they make promises but don't keep them. Trying to pay off my tractor and feels like they are going out of there way to make it difficult. I will never buy from John Deere again. Stay away from green equipment. Maybe if they would focus more on customer service they would have more customers but that is definitely not there goal. Lesson learned and won't make this mistake again. Stay away from John Deere!!!
