The HydePark location does not prioritize the livelihood of their clients! I spent a large amount of money here on equipment over the last 10 years to run my business and when my equipment breaks down I'm always told that there’s a huge line up of waiting clients ahead of me! It does not matter to the Service Manager at this location whether i need my equipment shortly as my business and my own clients rely on it! Not to mention i need to make a living! I was there with my son today just looking at tractors because he loves them and I thought it would be fun for him to look at them up close. Everyone was so nice and one of the employees gave him a Huron Tractor hat and another employee gave him stickers! Thanks for making his day! We ended up buying a few toys but next time I’m in the market for a Lawn Tractor I’ll be back!
Brighten my old fourth hand to me craftsman snowblower for simple belt repair, I provided the belt and asked politely when they had time to install the belt for me since I had a tough time, they quoted me $300 to $500 and when I went back to question that the bill had suddenly come up to $700 and when I had my brother go talk to them about it they were very rude to him and refused to release my snowblower needless to say my old snowblower which is not worth $700 is sitting there to rock for all I care! 3 Strikes and your out! Service for lawnmowers, snowblowers and Stihl products sucks. Stick with your big stuff. I will never buy or service anything here.
