Booked my first appointment with this vet clinic, with a 3 week waiting period because the vet is only in clinic on Wednesdays. Arrived on time and was told I had no appointment-the receptionist gave me first the excuse that it was for the following week on Thursday when there would not be a veterinarian in the clinic and then, when I refused to accept the scheduling error, that the clinic had not confirmed my appointment.
