Pretty bad Apartments. You can get leaking water from the roof during rain or snow and it can not be fixed. Every thing starts to squeak when you walk on the floor. Just consider to rent somewhere else, with similar price you can easily get better apartment conditions with better service like jym, swimming pool... They have nothing but more expensive.
