HPE has had $15K of my money for over a year and have made excuse after excuse if and when they respond. They were to start last fall and decided to not show up or let me know they weren’t coming. They don’t answer the phone and have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I have an attorney involved at this point. I don’t know the quality of their work, but customer service is an F. I recommend you avoid.
Huron Pointe Excavating repaired my dock. This company is customer focused! They arrived on the promised date, completed the repairs in the same day and their work is outstanding. They exceeded my expectations. You will not be disappointed if you select Huron Pointe for your installation or repair.
