They tried to kill me twice and I witnessed 3 insurance frauds. In a span of 5 visits, that’s a terrible ratio. In addition, your workplace will send you there from work and tell you that you can’t come back without that documentation, and then you’ll be stuck in emergency for 12-15 hours, the doctor will pretend it’s not workplace related despite the fact that your employer called you a cab and forced you to go there, and then your workplace will refuse to pay you for the time you spent there. I only would give this hospital a 1 because the triage nurse was amazing. Sat for 6.5 hours finally got into a room waited another 30 minutes to see an intern doctor who spoke with me for 5 minutes and left. 30-45 minutes later she had still not returned so I just left. Terrible health care service here...no wonder people were getting upset.

I went into the Emergency Department last night. Each an every single member of the staff were so kind and understanding. They had a waiting Room full of people but yet they were incredibly efficient and got through everyone quickly. The nurses and doctor I saw were simply amazing. They checked in on me multiple times, explained everything and were so helpful. Great job everyone at Stratford General. I really appreciated how kind you all were and I know I got the best care.
