I had excellent care at the Emergency department at Stratford General Hospital. The hospital staff were nice, caring and attentive. The nurses and doctor provided exceptional patient care. I would like to thank Dr.Ucar, Carla, Julian, Jenn, Randall and lab technician Niki. This was an amazing medical team effort.

I visited Stratford hospital this morning around 8 due to chest pain that was becoming worse with time. The receptionist was dismissive and rude over the phone when I simply asked how long the wait time was. After which she immediately hung up on me. I received similar treatment by her when I arrived in emerg. My nurse Karen had awful bedside manner, attempting to butt in and take my blood pressure while the lab tech was still trying to get my blood sample. Need to book MRI appointments, told them I can't wake up early in the mornings as it puts me at risk for seizures; and what do they do? Make my appointment for as early as possible!

I would give zero but the least it let's me give is one star. No one should have to wait more then 3 hours just t9 get a second x ray just to be thrown in a room where you're ignored
