My husband had surgery there a few weeks ago. The scheduling was effective and done in a timely manner. My complaint is serious as I feel the patients should be the hospitals primary concern. There was a pre-schooler there with the family. As with most children that age he did not use an inside voice. What happened to the rules that we were all taught to follow. Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
