Excellent service.
This is not a walk in clinic as you have to book an insurance online. It also says it's wheelchair accessible, however I went on Friday the 31st for an appointment and the ramp to go up to the door was all cracked and broken. I was in my wheelchair and almost tipped over going up and down the so called ramp. The entrance to get in was small and extremely awkward to fit through. I luckily had my wife to hold the door for me and it was still hard for fit through. I will never ever go to the clinic again, it was the worst exper... read more

I call here on Thursday and was sent to their office at 1135 adelaide st north with an appointment scheduled for a couple hours after I called. Timeliness is the only compliment I can give this place. I visited this walk-in clinic with a persistent and worsening cough, hoping to be evaluated and treated properly. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the care I received.
