Great Clubhouse! When I looked into Huron Estates, I like that they have an area in the clubhouse where you can hold parties or whatever. There's tables available and a full kitchen. I thought that was definitely user friendly and good for residents who have large families that won't all fit in their home. It is also a relief to see a place that allows pets. It makes it feel more like your own home that way.
surprisingly nice When I was relocated for work, I was afraid to live in Romulus. I just thought it was another Detroit suburb with crime and scary neighborhoods. I was pleasantly surprised by Huron Estates. The neighborhood is clean and there aren't any suspicious characters. There's actually a decent number of families here, so I guess its safe for kids too. I like having the basketball court and the heated pool. Didn't have many things for residents to use at my last place. I just wish I could find the laundry room haha.
glad it is nice here I visited my granddaughter here and I felt very reassured of her comfort as soon as I pulled in. There are lovely flowering plants and shrubbery decorating the boulevards. Very quaint little neighborhood with clean homes that look loved.
nice park it's always clean and well kept. There's variety if you want to live in a specific spot in the park which is always useful. Maintenance staff is prompt when you have a request.
Home Sweet Home This is my first mobile home community and I love living here. The landscaping is always lush and lovely, the park areas are all kept up, and the swimming pool rocks. There's lots of kids in the neighborhood so you have to watch out for them crossing the street sometimes, but the families are nice.
