I have a bunny who got Miasis, she was very sick, I called this clinic and the doctor gave me an appointment that same day, even though I told him that I lived far away but I would travel with him to treat my bunny since it was Sunday and other veterinarians were closed, but I still canceled at the last minute, then I rescheduled for the next day and canceled again, I think this doctor does not take his work very seriously, he looks unprofessional.
Very unprofessional. Only worsened situation with my cat. Please dont go there
I was told it would cost $180 to have two forms filled out and was charged $330 instead. He then filled out said forms incorrectly, and went back on several promises he made including verifying that he filled out the forms correctly and having them done by the necessary time. His employees are plenty polite and lovely, but the vet himself is abrasive, rude, and unprofessional.
