I’ve hired Hurliman twice - once to install central air and another time to install a heat pump. We were very pleased. They are good problem solvers, show up when expected, get the job done in reasonable time, and are reasonably priced.
Eric showed up and was very professional. He took his time checking our system and found the problem. He repaired it right away. He walked me through what was wrong and then took the time to show me where the problem was. I would highly recommend this company.
So my furnace stopped working on Saturday morning I called them and the message said that they would respond within an hour the website also shows that they do after hours service calls and that's why I left a message and waited for hours for them to call me back on Monday morning at 8:30 I finally got a call back but I didn't understand since they do say after our services rendered so I'm highly disappointed.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We first contacted them through our home insurance company for our AC unit. After 3 years of them being repeatedly called out for the same issues, they completely just bandaided the problem, the unit was never fixed, they were unprofessional, rude, cancelled appointments without contacting us, during the hottest week of the year. We had to use Hurlimans for our AC claim through American Home Shield. They treated us poorly from the first interaction. My husband called them to set an appointment and they were rude. The tech came out to diagnose the system and made me feel like an inconvenience. His words after I told him our AC issue was “well what do you want me to do” after he diagnosed the problem we had to wait a week just for him to fix it.
