Hurliman installed a furnace for us on 12/20/23 and an air conditioning unit this summer. While the state inspector came to look at the air conditioning unit he also looked at the furnace. Although last winter Hurliman told us the furnace passed inspection after it was installed- it was NEVER INSPECTED and the inspector found three code violations. I had Hurliman install a furnace and ducting on my newly purchased house for an electric to gas conversion. They did an amazing job! My house was not designed to allow space for ducting but they were creative to make it work. I appreciate all of the effort and hard work! They have earned a customer for life!
zero stars. 3 years of milking my home insurance, never actually even looked to fix what horrendous issues my heat pump obviously had -THREE YEARS. We kept expecting "the next time" to be where they actually fixed it. I finally demanded something be done and while professional yet firm, I got hung up on. First I would like to add, that at least two of these reviews are by the owner himself and his secretary that works there... if you put more energy into and need to balance out poor reviews by giving yourself 5 stars rather than actually trying to improve your business then that is a huge demerit on your personal character and work ethic standards.
