The staff is not only compassionate, kind, and hard working - they are FUN! I have every confidence in all of the vets and vet techs treating and handling my dog in most gentle and way. The front office staff are always courteous and patient! I have never had a bad experience here - even with the scariest of situations! How can you not love this place with the vet walks into the room to greet your Unicorn costumed dog with a costume of her own? The best sense of humor all around! Would not go anywhere else!
Everyone was so nice, when I called for the first time and told them the situation, they took us right in, excellent service, and everyone was so caring and nice!!! Thank you!!!!
My husband and I recently had to put our cat down. Our experience with Hurley Vet Hospital was wonderful. Dr Rosenberg was professional, knowledgeable but most importantly sympathetic and kind. We couldn’t have asked for anything better during such a difficult time. We came home the other day to a sympathy card personally signed by some of the staff. We can’t explain just how much that meant to us. Thank you so much.
Never going back ... Money grubbing proprietors who put profit and unnecessary testing and profit ahead of animal care.
