Really good mostly. Almost all good experiences including when I went thru mono except the very last visit. when I took my kids in and the older cauc. Blonde lady. Not sure her position. She kind of acted like we were wasting their time, since it was a stomach virus. Yes, I know u cant fix a stomach virus but yes, I wanted professional to tell me it was one! Especially since i have never had one last 7 whole days and now my kids have it?! It was a weird vibe.
They have been putting me through every challenge to get everything done everyone I’m going in their making me redo everything saying they don’t have me on file they told me to come back last time at one time and then said something different when I arrived I’m trying to get a job but this been frustrating I live 20 minutes away from this place and continue to drive back and forth attempting to get things done and they aren’t considerate of my time
I say 4.5 stars, because I was impressed and that's not a easy thing for me, the kind and pleasant staff, they were very efficient and had us on our way, after well explained instructions, thank you so much.
Very caring and professional. Great staff.
