Love Dr. Hurley but the long wait times and uncaring office staff have seriously made me consider changing doctors. The phone is put on voice-mail early in the day and nobody calls back after leaving 2 detailed messages.. Dr. Hurley is very caring and a great doctor but she can't be a one woman show and needs an office staff to support her patients in a timely manner. I was told many patients have complained but as you see in the reviews it has not changed yet. I'm hoping things will improve before my next visit.
(3/28/25) Staff rarely answer phone and when they do they are extremely short & rude. No need for that as I don’t ask any questions - just simply try to get appointments scheduled
Dr.Hurley has been my family doctor since I was little. She's always worked with us and gave good advice.
My mother goes to Dr Hurley and has been for years!!! And she is EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY COMPASSIONATE! I live in Cali and I am able to phone in on each appointment and she has been nothing less than professional, communicative and clear!
