I have never had a doctor that cared so deeply for their patients. Immediately on my first visit I felt that I had made the right decision to make this team my primary care. The staff was super pleasant and Dr. Hurley is a one of a kind type of Doctor. I know I will be heard when I come for any visit with them.
Dr. Hurley is my wife's primary care physician. I have accompanied my wife on several visits to Dr. Hurley and I have been impressed with the genuine concern she has for her patients. She is thorough and follows up until all issues are resolved. With so many medical practices more focused on the medical business, it is good to find a practice where the health of the patient is the primary focus.
The doctor is really good, takes her time to talk to you and explain the test results... Etc.
I went here years ago and loved her as a doctor but her staff is horrible and rude. They snap at you for asking simple questions like confirming follow-up dates. After being treated like that over and over I just had to find a new place. Even told the office manager but looks like nothing has changed from the reviews.
Love Dr. Hurley but the long wait times and uncaring office staff have seriously made me consider changing doctors. The phone is put on voice-mail early in the day and nobody calls back after leaving 2 detailed messages.. Dr. Hurley is very caring and a great doctor but she can't be a one woman show and needs an office staff to support her patients in a timely manner. I was told many patients have complained but as you see in the reviews it has not changed yet. I'm hoping things will improve before my next visit.
