Inquired about a home insurance quote. Steve was polite, and professional while walking me through the policy. What we were quoted was reasonable and we chose to proceed with it. Steve then offered as a courtesy to do a walk around prior to submitting the policy as he knows what they would look for during an exterior inspection. Reached out to Steve Hurley in early 2023 to get a quote for Erie Insurance. I had been with AAA insurance for almost 15 years with no claims or tickets but decided to check other providers when my policy rate increased. Wish I had switched sooner. I now have more coverage at a fraction of the cost. Several of my siblings have been with Erie Insurance for a long time so I’m not sure why I had not checked them out sooner.
