Horrible customer service. I purchased a 2024 RAM from them. I recently traded it in at another dealer for a 2500 RAM. I have been calling them to cancel my extended warranty and obtain a refund on the unused portion I am entitled to . Every phone call went to voicemail and no return calls. I was eventually able to obtain an email address I was supposed to email so they could send me the form that I needed to submit. I have done this and NOTHING! Nick gave me excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the friendly and professional manner in which he gave me. That's the main reason I love doing business with Saitta Trudeau. I always have received good service in the past but this last time on September 5, 2025 Nick Farris gave me the best service by far.
Don’t buy a vehicle from Lance at this dealership, was supposed to get a deal for my son and I to each buy a truck from there and when it came down to it, he act like he didn’t know what we were talking about and told me that the deals were made in the finance department. Then I was promised $100 referral for getting my son to buy a truck there and that never happened either Lance is not a very good communicator
My wife and I met John Gough at David Taylor's lot in Ellisville to look at a Jeep Wrangler my wife found on Facebook. We live an hour and a half away. We met John late afternoon and test drove the Jeep. She loved it. John made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure and I hate buying vehicles! !!!!!!!!BUYER BE WARE!!!!!! I recently bought a 2019 F250 from this dealership for 45,000 with a extended warranty. The warranty didn't kick in for 30 days. When talking the deal over i brought up that the transmission had a weird down shift and i wanted the warranty so it could be looked at. I even showed the salesman that tested drove the truck with me. so 30 days later i set up a appointment had the truck taken in and the warranty company then told me they were canceling the warranty because the truck was to modified. My husband and I purchased a 2025 Ram, Laramie yesterday from Mountain Valley Motors. Dylan and Tony were the salesmen- Alfonzo was the sales manager- Tina was the Finance officer. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They were not pushy in any way. No response or confirmation of estimate for warranty paint repair being sent to Hyundai for approval back in Mid July 2025! So rude and unprofessional. I need this approved and defects repaired!!
