Came into town to buy a used car, and Al was able to fit us in for an inspection on short notice. He was super helpful and informative, even going so far as to express his thoughts on the value of the car & look into potential recalls that could affect us on our drive back to Edmonton. Was a great experience, so I highly recommend Hurley Automotive!
Al has done two projects for me big ones at that on two vehicles that are rare and not easy to find parts and work on! I watched all his billing and the extra time that I know he didn't charge for and that I highly recommend Hurley Auto! NOW for Smiley Rust (can't even use your real name) I woulda personally told you to get bent bringing your own parts and charged you a 3 hr min. Be happy at 2 hrs it already shows what kinda person you are....
Charged 2 hours of shop rate to have a 2 ball joints pressed in (20 min job), the control arms and ball joints I provided where removed from the vehicle for ease of install, they still messed it up, and tore the boots as well. Wouldn't trust them to rotate tires.
Highly recommended! Al correctly diagnosed my 2013 Ford Escape electrical issues as a not-so-simple battery replacement. The parts were more expensive than expected, but the labor was surprisingly reasonable. i Will return without fail.
I called in from Calgary to get a pre purchase inspection done on a vehicle that i was thinking of purchasing off a person from a small town near Red Deer they brought the car in and got the inspection done. He immediately called me and told me whether I should buy it or not. Very informative and friendly. Highly recommended
