Sincere thanks to Nick for his assistance today. Courteous, sincere and generous with his time and knowledge. I wish all organisations were this pleasant to deal with. Anthony Alberti Eaglemont VIC.
Had a problem with items supplied a couple of years ago by the previous Hurlcon business. The new team responded instantly to help sort out the issue and supply a replacement part that arrived within a working day of the problem occurring. No small feat in these pandemic times! Super friendly and helpful - could not have asked for more.
New owners... great experience and fantastic service!
Zero if I could. Customer service is terrible. Very unreliable.
