Excellent attorney and very knowledgeable about trust and estate matters. Roger Hurd is very polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him.
Mr. Hurd handled a matter nearly 20 years ago to represent his company on a probate matter in which our opposing party had defaulted on a loan prior to the death of their mother. He did so successfully because we lost half of the value of the estate (not a substantial amount). Mr. Hurd's nephew did the repairs to the home to which the realtor referred as "substandard."
